    As a trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Jeff knows what it takes to settle a case, and understands that court rules and procedures often serve as an impediment to resolving conflicts.

  • How Much do You Charge

    All mediation fees are due before mediation begins. Unless otherwise agreed by the mediator, each party represented by a lawyer/law firm is a considered a “separate party” and is responsible for its mediation fee.

    We know how difficult the situation can be that bring parties and their counsel to us. With this in mind, we have done everything in our power to make this process as easy on all parties as possible. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate the need.

Mediation Process

  • 01 Mediator’s Thoughts

    The goal of mediation should be to produce a wise and efficient agreement wherein the parties’ conflicting interests are resolved fairly and the parties’ legitimate needs are met.

  • 02 Before Mediation

    Discuss your case with Jeff. We will send you an email requesting that you call Jeff to discuss your case. Alternatively, you may call Esther or send an email to schedule a time for a conference call.

  • 03 During Mediation

    During mediation, Jeff will be working with you in either a joint session or in a party’s break out conference room. Our staff is available to help and assist with any of your needs including.

  • 04 After Mediation

    If your case settles, Jeff will report back to the court (if the case has been filed) that the parties mediated the case and the case settled.

  • 05 Cost, Payment & Cancellation Policies

About Jeff Rasansky

Jeff is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration (Finance) in 1987, and went on to earn his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 1990. Jeff is admitted to both the Texas and Oklahoma bars.

Jeff Rasansky is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration (Finance) in 1987, and went on to earn his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 1990. Jeff is admitted to both the Texas and Oklahoma bars. Jeff’s litigation experience includes working at one of the most prestigious’ national law firms representing businesses and insurance companies, a civil trial firm representing plaintiffs in mass tort litigation, and managing his own law firm primarily representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases and individual clients and business entities in cases involving breach of contract, consumer cases, fraud, employment disputes (including unpaid overtime, sexual harassment and discrimination cases), and anti-trust violations.
